Fundamentals of Property Development
The Fundamentals of Property Development is an introductory course for Australian property development. The course consists of 12 in-depth property development modules and focuses on the property development lifecycle. The course captures the baseline information that every property developer needs to know, as well as extending the students by providing some advanced applications of financial feasibility analysis, project viability analysis, risk minimisation and development site selection across multiple asset types and sectors, including residential, commercial and industrial development projects. The inspiration for the course came from a drive to support Australians through their development journey. The typical fundamentals students are those looking to make a start in the industry, those looking to utilise their family assets, or their current skill set to capture the property development opportunities that may available to them.
